There will be a four-storey podium shared by the two towers. The condos will have a total of 558 units with a total area of 43,876 sq m. There will be a private driveway between the north and south portions of the site, connecting to both St. Lawrence Ave and Caven St. On the south of the residential buildings, there will be private linear space, which may include outdoor amenities. The overall density of the residential and commercial developments is 2.4 times the land area. The construction is to be done in two phases. In the first phase, the commercial building of 2-storeys will be constructed; and in the second phase, the residential condominium towers will be developed.
