The developer is lead by Adam Ochshorn, a co-founding partner and principal at Curated. He is focused on sales and marketing, and design. He holds a degree in architectural history and has a passion for good design, which he applies to each Curated project to deliver timeless buildings with a contemporary twist.

Gary Eisen is the other co-founder of Curated and its principal. He is focused on development and land acquisition. Gary is a pioneer of infill housing in Toronto, having developed and constructed over 50 properties across the city since 1987. He holds a degree in Urban Studies from York University.
