Daniels on Parliament Condos Project Details

Daniels Parliament Condos is a new high-rise two tower condominium project located in Downtown East, Toronto. It will be developed by The Daniels Corporation. The two condo buildings will be 25 and 10 storeys high, and will have contemporary residential suites in a variety of layouts.

There will be a total of 642 residential units combined in both the condo buildings. The suites are likely to range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom units. There will be two-level underground parking for the residents.

Daniels Parliament Condos will be a part of Regent Park master-planned community and will be constructed in its third phase. Being a mixed-use condo, it will have retail spaces at grade.

The condos will share a podium that will connect the two buildings, and will include a variety of amenities for the residents. Elektra condos. The exterior of the condo is a mix of traditional and modern with ample brick and glass.

In 2005, The Daniels Corporation partnered with Toronto Community Housing to re-develop 53 of the 69 acres of Toronto’s Regent Park. Under the shared vision of creating a vibrant, mixed-income, mixed-use community that brings new vitality to Toronto’s Downtown East, Daniels is proud to have brought numerous residential and commercial opportunities, as well as community amenities to this neighbourhood.
