Daniels Parliament Condos is a new high-rise two tower condominium project located in Downtown East, Toronto. It will be developed by The Daniels Corporation. The two condo buildings will be 25 and 10 storeys high, and will have contemporary residential suites in a variety of layouts.
There will be a total of 642 residential units combined in both the condo buildings. The suites are likely to range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom units. There will be two-level underground parking for the residents.
Daniels Parliament Condos will be a part of Regent Park master-planned community and will be constructed in its third phase. Being a mixed-use condo, it will have retail spaces at grade.
