The original proposal called to include only one of these heritage structures. As part of the new plan, the heritage buildings, which are 3-story structures, will be preserved and included in the Garden District Condos.
Also, in place of the earlier submission that said the condo tower would be of 32-storeys, the new proposal includes three more storeys to make the tower 35-storeys high.
The condos will have one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three and more bedroom units, and the condo podium will be of 6-storeys. Residents enjoy 673 sq m of indoor and outdoor amenities space. There will be an additional 264 sq m indoor amenities that will connect with 162 sq m of outdoor amenities terrace.
