Garden District Condos is an impressive 35-storeys condo located in Downtown Toronto and developed jointly by  The Sher Corporation and Hyde Park Homes. The new revised proposal of the condo community now includes the inclusion of three heritage structures at the base of the condo tower. The original proposal called to include only one of these heritage structures. As part of the new plan, the heritage buildings, which are 3-story structures, will be preserved and included in the Garden District Condos.

Also, in place of the earlier submission that said the condo tower would be of 32-storeys, the new proposal includes three more storeys to make the tower 35-storeys high.

The condos will have one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three and more bedroom units, and the condo podium will be of 6-storeys. Residents enjoy 673 sq m of indoor and outdoor amenities space. There will be an additional 264 sq m indoor amenities that will connect with 162 sq m of outdoor amenities terrace.
