James House Condos

James House Condos is located at Centretown, Ottawa, a beautiful neighbourhood close to a variety of amenities and lush greenspaces. James House Condos is a new pre-construction condominium development located in Ottawa and developed by Urban Capital.

This 9-storey condo building will have a total of approximately 130 residential units. It will be a mixed-use development with retail spaces at grade. Designed by RAW Design, the façade of the condo will be a mix of modern and traditional.

The units will have large floor to ceiling windows and open concept layouts. The interiors of the condo will be designed by Unison, Toronto. A host of amenities are planned for the development.

James House represents Urban Capital’s return to the Ottawa market, after the East Market (completed 2007), Mondrian (2011) and Central (2015).

An evolution of UC’s offerings in the Ottawa market, James House will include a higher level of finishes and extensive amenities including a roof-top pool, all the while continuing Urban Capital’s urban aesthetic.

The name behind James House Condos, Urban Capital started in 1996 and has come a long way since then.

Their work has pushed the envelope or pioneered, be it in terms of urban location, high-end yet functional design, or green living. Today they are continuing that DNA, with new markets, new architectural approaches, new interior features and layouts, and new environmental measures.
