Marlee Condos is a new mid-rise pre-construction single-building condominium located in North York and developed jointly by Spotlight Development and Urban Capital. This will be a 12 storey condo that will have a total of 301 residential suites. XO2 Condos and Six99 Condos are other preconstruction project in Toronto.
