The developer of Moderno Urban Towns, Rinaldi Homes has been in operation since 1987. Owned by brothers Jerry and Frank Rinaldi, the two learned many practical lessons from their father, who was a furniture maker in his native Italy before entering the construction business as a carpenter in 1950.

His skills, experience and values were what inspired Jerry and Frank to embark on Rinaldi Homes. Today, Rinaldi Homes has welcomed their third generation to the team, which has expanded to over 30 members.

Integrity, perseverance and work ethic are just a few of the values instilled at Rinaldi Homes which has ultimately lead the family business to success. The company builds about 40-50 homes per year.

Niagara Home Builders’ Association (NHBA) named Rinaldi’s Optimist Village townhomes the 2017 Community Development of the Year.
