Motto Condos is a new 12-storey condo building in preconstruction located at Bloor and Dovercourt in Toronto and developed by Sierra. Southport Condos in Toronto is another excellent project in preconstuction. This urban condo will have a 3-storey podium that is expected to have outdoor amenity space on its rooftop and will have retail spaces as well.
