The Rosedale on Bloor Condos is a New Condo  Project currently in pre-construction by Eastons Group of Hotels located atSherbourne Street and Bloor Street Toronto. The proposed mixed-use condominium on 387 Bloor Street East will consist of two buildings. Tower A will have 49 storeys with an 8 storey base that steps down to 2 storeys fronting Bloor St E and Tower B will have 12 storeys fronting Selby St. joined by a one storey base.

A short walk from the shopping and subway at Bloor and Yonge, Rosedale on Bloor Condos is a mixed-used, two tower condominium. Tower A is 49 storeys with 506 residential units and Tower B is 12 storeys with 76 residential units.
