The Great Falls Condos is a new pre-construction limited editing residences located in Niagara Falls and developed by Three Bridges Properties Group. Three high-rise condominiums and a luxury hotel will be developed in this project. The Great Falls will be the biggest and the tallest buildings in Niagara Falls. Redefining the Niagara Falls skyline, the location of the condos has rich historical heritage, with the historic Loretto Academy building on the site. The existing building will be incorporated into the comprehensive project design in an effort to honour history and respect tradition.
