Brampton top’s the new low-rise homes selling city with 3,911 total sales for 2014 (and counting).

As per a report released last week by Trimart Research Corporation, the fall has been a very busy season for the Total Market Area’s (TMA) new low-rise market. It was the second best selling September on record in the last six years. As sales figures continue to roll in, Trimart announced that Brampton is still the TMA’s top selling city for new low-rise homes with 3,911 total sales for 2014 (and counting). Milton is in a distant second at 1,055 sales, and Toronto is even further back with 882.
