Question: Can I get multiple condo units in one project?

I was asked by one of my client whether they can buy multiple units in a condo project.  There is no straight answer to this question.  Many developers only allow one purchase to purchase one suite with a typical deposit structure of 20% and additional suites require more down payment, typically 35% and sometime even stricter lending rules enforced on the developers.

 

On the other hand I have also seen very few builders once in a while allowing multiple units with standard payment struture. So In general, every situation is different and open to negotiation depending on your buying power.
